Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "You") and 1bandar (hereinafter "1bandar", "We", "Us", "Our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the 1bandar website, mobile platform, gaming services, and any related products and services (collectively, "the Services") accessible at1bandar.cam and associated domains.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account. Continued use of the Services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 1bandar platform, which is used to access the Services, manage funds, and participate in gaming activities.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits, winings, and any active bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account in accordance with a promotional offer. Bonus Funds are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by1bandar prior to processing a Player's first withdrawal and periodically thereafter.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-fund stake placed by a Player on any casino game, sports event, or other gambling product offered through the Services.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds — and any winings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency denomination used for all transactions on the platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, state, or territory from which access to and use of the Services is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or1bandar's internal policies.
• "Services" means the full suite of online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, virtual games, and related platform features provided by 1bandar.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the suite of player-protection features available on the platform, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the Services is strictly limited to individuals who are aged21 years or older at the time of registration. This age threshold applies universally and without exception. Any attempt by an individual under 21 years of age to register, access, or use the Services is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance, including deposits.

1bandar reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.

The Services are intended for and directed toward adult players in jurisdictions where accessing online gambling platforms is not prohibited by local law. Players in Malaysia are responsible for independently assessing the legality of using online gambling services under their applicable local laws.1bandar does not represent or warrant that the Services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

Players from certain jurisdictions may be blocked from registering or accessing the Services at 1bandar's sole discretion. This list of Prohibited Jurisdictions may be updated without prior notice.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 1bandar platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 1bandar reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances, including deposits, upon detection of duplicate accounts.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; (b) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party; (c) you are not a current or former employee, director, or contractor of 1bandar or its affiliated companies; and (d) you are not using the platform in the course of any professional gambling activity or syndicate.

Account Registration & Security

To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid Malaysian mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.1bandar will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify 1bandar support immediately via live chat or email. 1bandar may suspend your account pending investigation.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, 1bandar requires you to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This requires submission of: (a) a valid government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent; (b) proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days); and (c) where applicable, verification of the payment method used for deposits.

1bandar may request additional KYC documentation at any time in accordance with its internal risk management protocols. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified will result in withdrawal restriction and may lead to account suspension.

All accounts are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 1bandar does not guarantee any particular exchange rate and accepts no liability for losses arising from currency conversion.

Deposits & Withdrawals

1bandar currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability in your region: Touch'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, FX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC-20), and BNB (BSC). The list of accepted payment methods may be updated without prior notice.

The minimum deposit is RM30 for most local payment methods. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and player tier. Players are advised to consult the FAQ page or contact support for current limits applicable to their account.

Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds; (c) compliance with daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits as determined by account tier; and (d) account being in good standing with no active disputes, investigations, or pending reviews.

E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, Boost) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers via FPX are processed within 30 minutes to 6 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain network conditions. Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed.

By making a deposit, you warrant that you are the rightful owner of the funds being deposited and that such funds do not derive from any unlawful activity. 1bandar reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. 1bandar reserves the right to require this matching as a fraud prevention measure. Exceptions may be granted at1bandar's sole discretion with appropriate supporting documentation.

Bonus & Promotional Policy

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards are subject to their own specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer only.

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times ("rollover") before any winings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. The player's own deposited funds are not subject to wagering requirements unless the player has opted to combine deposit and bonus funds.

Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Standard contribution rates are as follows, unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Slot games: 100% contribution
• Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette): 10%–20% contribution
• Video poker and specialty games: 20%–50% contribution
• Sports betting: As specified in the relevant promotion terms
• Progressive jackpot slots: 0% contribution (excluded)

While a player has active bonus funds, the maximum permitted bet per spin or round is RM250 unless the specific promotion states a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, at 1bandar's sole discretion.

All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit, as specified in the promotion terms. If the wagering requirement is not met within the bonus expiry period, the bonus and all winings derived from it will be voided and removed from the player's account without compensation.

1bandar reserves the right to withold, adjust, or void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence — or reasonable suspicion — of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; and coordinated group play designed to exploit promotional terms.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All bets placed via the platform are subject to acceptance by1bandar. 1bandar reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, system errors, or irregular betting patterns.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets. These limits may vary by game type, account tier, and at 1bandar's operational discretion. Limits may be changed without prior notice. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable limits before placing any wager.

In the event of a system malfunction, network failure, or software error that affects game round or bet outcome, 1bandar reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. This decision is final.1bandar is not liable for any loss of anticipated winings resulting from a technical malfunction.

All sports bets are governed by 1bandar's Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In cases of event cancellation, postponement, or walkover, the applicable sports betting rules shall determine whether bets are settled, voided, or carried over. Results are determined in accordance with official competition results as verified by 1bandar.

1bandar reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: palpable errors in odds (including clearly eroneous or mis-priced lines); late bets placed after an event has concluded; bets placed on suspended markets; and bets placed in contravention of these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, or assisting any third party to do so;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform or place bets;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity in connection with use of the Services;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Coluding with other players to fix outcomes, share hole cards, or manipulate game results in poker or any other game;
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a betting syndicate, staking money on behalf of third parties, or reselling account credits;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions without valid basis;
• Accessing the Services from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1bandar staff or other players via any communication channel.

Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, 1bandar reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the offending account, retain all funds in the account, and pursue legal remedies to the full extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1bandar platform, including but not limited to software, source code, text, graphics, logos, game designs, user interface elements, and audiovisual materials (collectively, "Content"), is the property of 1bandar or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any Content without the prior written consent of 1bandar.

Privacy & Data Protection

1bandar collects and processes personal data in accordance with itsPrivacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

1bandar implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All connections to the platform are encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS technology.

Player data is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of platform services. 1bandar does not sell personal data to unafiliated third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1bandar, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, regardless of the theory of liability and whether or not 1bandar has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1bandar's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1bandar does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Suspension & Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting 1bandar support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

1bandar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC; receipt of a self-exclusion request; regulatory requirement; or at 1bandar's operational discretion.

Upon termination for breach or prohibited conduct, 1bandar reserves the right to retain all funds in the account — including deposits — as liquidated damages for the breach. Where termination is initiated by 1bandar for reasons unrelated to player fault, any real-money balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe upon completion of verification procedures.

Players who wish to self-exclude from the platform for responsible gambling reasons should contact support or use the self-exclusion tool available in account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and may be set for periods of6 months,1 year, 2 years, or permanently. Amendments to These Terms

1bandar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and close your account before the effective date.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of 1bandar's international licensing authority. 1bandar does not claim to be regulated by any Malaysian government authority, as no such regulatory framework for online gambling currently exists in Malaysia.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and 1bandar in connection with the Services or these Terms, you should first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 1bandar will endeavour to respond to and resolve all player complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, both parties may pursue resolution through the applicable dispute resolution mechanisms provided under1bandar's licensing framework.

Any claim arising from your use of the Services must be brought within 12 months of the date on which the cause of action arose. Claims brought after this period will be time-barred to the extent permitted by applicable law.
